1. Service Description

HolyLang is an AI-powered language platform offering text and voice coaching. By using HolyLang, you agree to these terms.

2. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate email credentials. You are responsible for safeguarding your authentication limits and password.

3. Billing & Cancellations

Subscription payments are handled safely by Stripe. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any moment through your Billing dashboard. Canceling prevents the upcoming renewal but does not retroactively refund previous months.

4. Prohibited Misuse and Intellectual Property

You agree not to automate bots, scrape tokens, exhaust our backend STT capabilities intentionally, or attempt prompt injections against our specialized AI contexts. HolyLang branding and architectural IP belong to AlphaSynth AI.

5. AI Limitations (No Guarantee)

HolyLang leverages generative AI to provide linguistic corrections. While we strive for absolute native accuracy, the AI may occasionally hallucinate or provide suboptimal idioms. We offer no absolute guarantee over algorithmic accuracy.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to ban or terminate any account attempting to exploit token rate limits maliciously without refunds.
